General Rules

  • All correspondence from the school will be published on the website and will be treated as the only official communication .Failure to see the updates shall not be considered as non receipt of information .Parents must check website on a daily basis.
  • All communications (request or grievance) made by the parents should be addressed to the Head Teacher by mail sent to or or by written application.A minimum notice of 7 working days should be extended to the school in order to process any application/request/grievance or complaint.

  • Parents must obtain prior appointment to meet the Correspondent/Head Teacher.
  • Parents and Guardians who wish to see their wards or meet the teachers during class hours should get prior permission from the Head Teacher of the school.
  • All students must reach school in time as per the school timings.
  • It is compulsory for every student to come in full and proper school uniform.
  • Students must keep their hair neat and tidy and well combed. Girls having hair beyond shoulder level must be braided or tied into ponies. Boys must have regular haircuts.
  • Nails should be trimmed regularly and application of nail polish is not allowed.
  • Students are responsible for their belongings and books.
  • Students are not permitted to bring cash to school.
  • Students should abstain from bringing any expensive items or comics, games or cards to school.
  • Students should speak in English within the school premises to acquire fluency in the language.
  • Parents are requested to encourage their wards to speak in English at home too.
  • Students are not allowed to take leave without intimating the school. A written application should be submitted well in advance for sanction of leave.
  • No pupil suffering from a contagious or infectious disease shall be allowed to attend school. Medical certificate and fitness certificate must be produced at the time of rejoining.
  • Parents are expected to take interest in their child's progress and cooperate in the working of the school by enforcing regularity, punctuality and discipline.
  • Birth Certificate and the Transfer Certificate from the school last attended of pupils newly admitted must be submitted on or before the reopening day.

Fee Rules:

  • Fees must be paid as per the timelines intimated by the school vide website circulars and announcements. Penalty will be levied if fees are not paid within the specific period indicated by the school.
  • School will issue TC to the students whose fees are still pending beyond the due date and will be allowed to continue only by readmission that is subject to seat availability.
  • Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Field Trip fees will be collected term wise.

Rules for withdrawal of child:

  • Parents applying for transfer certificate must send the requisition letter before the last day of February of the academic year failing which they must pay the annual fees for the ensuing academic year for issue of transfer certificate.
  • All fee dues must be cleared for issue of TC. Parents applying for transfer certificate in the middle of the academic year are liable to pay the full year's fees.
  • A month's notice in writing is required for the withdrawal of a pupil. The requisition should be made by the parent of the student and submitted at the school office in Mylapore only.
