The School Level Competition of Maars Spell Bee contest is to be held on Saturday 28th Jan 2012 in the Lloyds road campus. The break-up of the children is as follows: Cat 1- 26 Cat 2- 36 Cat3- 40 Cat4- 13 Cat5- 11 Total- 126 The test for Cat 1 & 2 starts at 9 am. We start with the Written Rounds - Dictation and Underline the Correct Spelling which will take about 30 min. We will then evaluate their answer sheets and announce the qualifiers for the Oral Rounds which also means the next Level - Inter School Level. This round will be completed by 11 am. Those who do not qualify will come out by 10 am and parents can take them home. The children in Cat 3,4 & 5 are requested to come by 11 am. The procedure will be the same for them but instead of Underline the correct spelling, they will have Jumbled Letters. The process will be over by 1 pm. For this batch, those who do not qualify will come out by 11.45-12 noon and parents can take them home. Others will finish the Oral round and come out one by one and parents can receive them. Children have to come in the school uniform and carry their pencil boxes with pencils, sharpener, eraser. For the 3 children in Ekatuthangal branch, the test will be held on 27th January, Friday at 2 pm.
